John Lydon is releasing a new book I Could Be Wrong I Could Be Right.
Next autumn Lydon will embark on an extensive 54 date Q + A tour of the UK, which will see Lydon reflect on the Sex Pistols, Public Image Ltd, his art and his life’s story during informal evenings of conversation and audience questions. Lydon has written a book specifically for the tour and features his random thoughts on life, plus anecdotes from his extraordinary career.
Initially Lydon planned to make the companion book only available to purchase on the tour, which has been rescheduled for 2021, however he's agreed to issue a limited edition version online. The pressing will be limited to 10,000 copies, is signed by Lydon, and is available to pre-order starting tomorrow. According to Lydon's website, the link to purchase will be posted on his social media and PiL's social media on Thursday, August 27th at 9am (not specifically stated but assuming 9am UK time, which is 4am ET).
UPDATE: Here's the link to pre-order.
Considering Lydon hasn't announced a North American leg of the tour (at least not yet, and perhaps that is in the works), fans in North America may want to embrace the opportunity to scoop up a copy of the book.
