In celebration of The The's 40th anniversary this year the band will release a line of t-shirts commemorating different eras of their history. The first two shirts have been unveiled and honor the band's classic 1983 album Soul Mining. The Soul Mining Artwork shirt features the classic album artwork designed by the late Andrew "Andy Dog" Johnson; the Soul Mining Lyric shirt features lyrics from "This Is The Day." Both shirts include a 40th anniversary logo on the sleeve.
