New Order unearth live video of "Ceremony" from 1981
Today New Order unearthed a treat for fans: previously unseen video of a live performance of "Ceremony" from 1981. The footage is taken from New Order's February 6th 1981 gig at Comanche Student Union in Manchester which took place two weeks after the release of "Ceremony" (the original "Ceremony" 7" single aka version 1, was released January 22nd 1981).
This treasured footage is just a taste of the forthcoming definitive edition of Movement. The boxset contains not only the unearthed footage of "Ceremony," but much much more from New Order's Movement-era archives.
