The Cure, Roxy Music, and Radiohead are among the Class of 2019 inductees for The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The Cure have been eligible for nomination since 2004 and have been nominated twice; Roxy Music have been eligible since 1997 and were nominated once; Radiohead became eligible in 2017 and were nominated twice. Kraftwerk, Devo, and MC5 were among this year's nominees that were not selected by the Rock Hall's induction committee.
The 2019 induction ceremony takes place March 29th in Brooklyn.
The members of The Cure that are included in the induction: Robert Smith, Lol Tolhurst, Porl Thompson, Perry Bamonte, Michael Dempsey, Simon Gallup, Boris Williams, Jason Cooper, and Roger O’Donnell.
Roxy Music members that are included in the induction: Bryan Ferry, Brian Eno, Andy Mackay, Phil Manzanera, Eddie Jobson, Paul Thompson, and John Gustafson.
