Spiritualized released their spacy new album And Nothing Hurt earlier this year, now they've announced a North American tour in support of the record. The tour kicks off in the spring of 2019 and includes a Detroit area stop April 10th at the Royal Oak Music Theatre. Tickets for the tour go on sale this Friday, December 7th.
