Longtime Morrissey collaborator/songwriter Alain Whyte has announced the release of a solo EP titled The Experiment. Whyte announced through his new website and social media channels that he'll self-release a four song acoustic EP titled The Experiment in late December. The EP will include "The Experiment" along with covers of "First Of The Gang To Die" and "We Hate It When Our Friends Become Successful" (both songs co-written by Whyte/Morrissey), and Todd Rundgren's "The Death Of Rock 'N' Roll." The release will be available to pre-order on black and limited edition white vinyl through Whyte's website starting December 10th.
