According to reports, Nivek Ogre (aka Kevin Ogilvie) was beaten unconscious and suffered a broken jaw only hours before ohGr's show in Philadelphia yesterday. The Skinny Puppy co-founder was treated for his injuries at a nearby hospital after the incident yet somehow still managed to perform the show! Fans report Ogre appeared to be in fine form and didn't tell fans what had happened to him until the encore! Truly a professional. And a legend.

ohGr are on the road in support of their excellent new album Tricks. Barring any fallout from yesterday's incident the TrickStour which also features Lead Into Gold continues in Boston tonight and will be in the Detroit area September 18th at Smalls in Hamtramck.
