Rat Scabies, founding member of The Damned, has announced his debut full length album. P.H.D. (Prison, Hospital, Debt), was written entirely by Scabies, who plays guitar, drums, and keyboard on the release plus recorded, self-produced, and handled all the arrangements. The album includes 11 original songs Scabies worked on over the years:
"I have written music ever since I threw together 'Stab Your Back' and have been recording ideas right up until the very week that PHD was due to be mastered. This is the music I created over a period of years - starting then and ending now"
