Johnny Marr returns with his new solo album Call The Comet on June 15th. Today he announced a North American tour in support of the album which takes place in September and bypasses the Detroit area entirely. Tickets for the tour, with the likely exception of the September 16th date at Riot Fest, go on sale this Friday, June 1st. [Riot Fest will be announcing lineup details and ticking info tomorrow, May 30th.]
Marr hopes that fans avoid secondary ticketing sites and requests "please do not support secondary ticketing by buying or selling tickets on sites such as Viagogo, StubHub, GETMEIN! and TicketsNow."
