Johnny Marr officially announced details behind his third studio album Call The Comet. Marr shared the album trailer and premiered the new single "The Tracers" which is the song that was featured Marr's previous short album teasers and in the trailer that premiered today.
Call The Comet includes 12 songs and will be released June 15th on a variety of formats: limited edition deluxe silver vinyl, standard black vinyl, CD, cassette, and digital album download. Meanwhile signed copies of "Hi Hello," which Marr previously described as similar to The Smiths' "There Is A Light That Never Goes Out," will be released as a signed 7" single. Marr also announced a series of album launch shows including four in North America: Toronto, New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. Fans can register for tickets to the exclusive shows here.
