Inspiral Carpets singer Stephen Holt is releasing a new single this week with his band The Rainkings. The song "Good Times" is in memory of Carpets' drummer Craig Gill, who took his life last year after suffering from tinnitus. Proceeds from the single will be donated to the British Tinnitus Association.
Holt was recently made an ambassador of the BTA's Plug'em campaign which seeks to spread the word about tinnitus and encourage music fans and concert attendees to use earplugs to help prevent tinnitus. Find out more about the campaign here.
