The Waterboys return with a double album titled Out Of All This Blue on September 8th. The 23 song album has been described as "exploratory" and will include elements of classic R&B, country, soul, funk, and modern hip-hop production values and rhythms. Mike Scott recorded the 23 track album in Dublin and Tokyo and reveals:
"I knew from the beginning I wanted to make a double album, and lucky for me - and I hope the listener - the songs just kept coming, and in pop colors."
Out Of All This Blue will be released on digital, standard double CD, deluxe triple CD, double LP, and triple LP formats. The deluxe editions add 11 bonus tracks. Check out all the pre-order options here and view the tracklisting below:
