Sparks debuted another song off their forthcoming studio album Hippopotamus. The new track is called "What The Hell Is It This Time," which according to Ron Mael is "an often uttered phrase when people listen to a new Sparks song." As you would imagine, the song is super excellent quirky fun that only the Mael Brothers can expertly provide. Stream the official video for the song below.
