Portland's dark/post-punk act Soft Kill formed in 2010 and have released three outstanding albums to date. On November 4th, they'll continue their string of awesomeness with their highly anticipated fourth album Choke. Not only does the album include eight songs about depression and death (® Profound Records), but there's also a song "On The Inside" featuring the legendary Mark Burgess of the Chameleons/Chameleons Vox. Soft Kill recently explained to Cvlt Nation how the awesome collaboration with Burgess came about:
"Chameleons are one of our biggest influences, and touring with them was one of the best experiences. To connect with one of our favorite bands was truly unreal. We reached out to Mark to see if he would be interested in collaborating. He was. The result was absolutely incredible and organic; his part on the album is otherworldly. We could not be more in awe of him and his contribution."
