Radiohead debuted an official music video for "Present Tense" at the Mercury Awards in London earlier today. The band was invited to perform at the ceremony (their album A Moon Shaped Pool was up for top honors), however they opted to bypass the festivities and their video, directed by Paul Thomas Anderson, was shown to the audience instead. Enjoy the acoustic performance featuring Thom Yorke, Jonny Greenwood and a CR78 (drum machine) below:
By the way, Radiohead did NOT win the Mercury Prize tonight. The prestigious award was given to Skepta -- he beat out not only Radiohead, but also David Bowie.
