A captivating new photo book about The Smiths will be released on June 14th. The photos were captured by Nalinee Darmrong in 1985 and 1986 while traveling with the Smiths as they toured America promoting Meat Is Murder and The Queen Is Dead. Darmrong wasn't a professional photographer at the time -- she was only 17 years old and had just graduated high school, yet she was given unprecedented access to the band and captured many intimate and breathtaking photos.
