Iggy Pop announced a limited run of shows in support of his new album Post Pop Depression. The 13 date North American leg includes a stop at the Fox Theatre in Detroit on April 7th. Pre-sale tickets for all the dates on the tour start tomorrow (January 28th) and the general onsale for tickets is Saturday, January 30th.
Iggy and his Post Pop Depression all star band -- Josh Homme, Dean Fertita, and Matt Helders -- will perform new songs as well as classics from Iggy's career. It should be noted that this is the ONLY run of dates to include Homme/Fertita/Helders.
Post Pop Depression will be released on March 18th. So far Iggy has debuted two songs from the record; "Gardenia" & "Break Into Your Heart." The album is available to pre-order now.
