Morrissey's first live concert film in nine years, Morrissey 25: Live, debuts in theaters worldwide later this month. Many of the screenings will take place in late August or September, but it appears fans in the Detroit area have even longer to wait to see the film in theaters. The Berman Center for the Performing Arts in West Bloomfield has announced two February 26, 2014 screenings of Morrissey 25: Live: a matinee at 2pm and an evening screening at 7:30 pm. Morrissey 25: Live was filmed at Hollywood High School in Los Angeles on March 2nd and includes a montage of fan testimonials, introduction by Russell Brand, and Morrissey's 18 song performance from the sold out show. The film will be released on DVD and Blu-Ray on October 21st in the U.K. Eagle Rock Entertainment is expected to announce a North American release date soon.
