This weekend, the Daily Record published an interview with Primal Scream's new bassist Simone Butler (Butler replaced Mani, who left to rejoin the reunited Stone Roses). Morrissey has announced that his South American tour has been axed after being fraught with issues. Apparently this time, the cancellation is due to funding issues and the dates will NOT be rescheduled. Read his official statement on the matter below:
