More Mark Lanegan goodness is on the way! Today Lanegan announced a new solo album titled Imitations will be released on September 17th. According to Lanegan's press release, the album was inspired by late 60s/early 70s records from Frank Sinatra, Perry Como, and Dean Martin and most of the 12 tracks on the album are cover songs. Imitations includes covers of originals by Frank Sinatra, Hall & Oates, Nick Cave, Bobby Darin, John Cale, and more.
