UPDATE (9am ET, 3/20): Murphy is indeed out of jail, due in court for a pre-trial hearing on May 17th.
Probably not the best time for drama - Murphy is scheduled to hit the road in North America in April. The tour, 'Mr. Moonlight Tour' is Murphy's celebration of the 35th anniversary of Bauhaus and he's promised to play only Bauhaus music at the shows.
