Break out the hair crimpers! The 1986 debut album from Fuzzbox has been issued on cd for the very first time. We've Got A Fuzzbox And We're Going To Use It was previously available only on vinyl and cassette (it was 1986 after all), but has been out of print for years. This week Cherry Red released the album as a double disc set in the U.K. and it will be available on import in North America starting February 5th. It's worth noting that the album was originally titled Bostin' Steve Austin in the U.K., but was later changed to We've Got A Fuzzbox And We're Going To Use It for the North American release.
The album is now available as a 'Splendiferous Edition' two disc set and is jam packed with Fuzzbox goodness: the first disc features the 12 original album tracks remastered from analog tapes, while disc two includes a whopping 22 songs! Material on disc two includes the band's debut EP, XX Sex/Rules and Regulations, along with b-sides, rarities, 12" versions and previously unreleased tracks. The accompanying cd booklet features original and expanded artwork with liner notes written by Fuzzbox drummer Tina O'Neill. Take a look at the tracklisting below and order now from Amazon.
