Mark Gardener from Ride has been busy with a variety of projects lately. Besides preparing the 20th anniversary reissue of Ride's Going Blank Again, earlier this year Gardener announced a new collaborative music/art project Hush Delirium, recorded a song with Robin Guthrie, and has been on the road performing solo shows along with Sky Parade. Now comes news from self-titled mag that Gardener has hooked up with New York band Hopewell to record a cover of the Brian Eno song "Needle In The Camel's Eye." The cover is available as a 7 inch single and is the lead track on Hopewell's five song ep titled Another Music, which arrives on September 11th via Tee Pee. Stream "Need In The Camel's Eye" below via self titled mag and order the 7 inch and/or ep from Tee Pee here.
