Swervedriver's Adam Franklin was interviewed by Glasgowest after the band's recent show in San Francisco. Franklin talked about the band's early days (the previous band Shake Appeal), getting signed to Creation by Alan McGee, and there's also mention of My Bloody Valentine and Mark Gardener. Franklin also asked some fan submitted questions, including when we expect a new record. Here's part of his reply:
"I think the official line was that we've been working on new material for probably release later in the year. You can take an educated guess or interpret that any way you want but we have a couple of ideas we'd like to execute, certainly and we'll see how that goes..."
