As the Stone Roses were starting to blow up in 1989, they played their biggest gig (at the time) of their career at the Empress Ballroom in Blackpool England. The concert, released on DVD in the U.K. in 1991, is regarded by many Roses fans as one of the band's best gigs ever. The band played to a packed house of 4000 (it turned out to be more than that--as the story goes, at the beginning of the show someone in the band opened the doors of the ballroom allowing tons of fans to pack in and enjoy the sold out show). Blackpool Live is no longer available to purchase, but you can watch the full concert below.
