Morrissey has written a piece slamming on British Prime Minister David Cameron. Read it all...it's nice and snarky (everything you've come to expect from Mozzer).

The collection will be available as a single cd (on its own without being tethered to Guitar Hero) starting October 5th. Read about the partnership and how Soundgarden was able to attain platinum status without selling a single copy of their collection here.

Crocodiles will release a new cd, Sleep Forever, on September 14th. In the meantime, the band is giving away a free 4-track ep titled Fires of Comparison. The ep (unlike the upcoming full length cd) is mostly instrumental--according to the band's press release, "both boys contracted strep throat from sharing a pipe with a hobo in Sand Diego's Preside Park, hence the lack of vocals." Nice.

Wedding Present will be making a rare appearance this April at Crofoot. The band will be performing their cd, Bizarro, in its entirety April 15th. Grab tickets now.
Speaking of Crofoot shows, don't miss French act Nouvelle Vague on January 28th. NV covers all sorts of cool songs from the 80's--stuff from the Smiths, the Cure, the Clash, Yaz, Joy Division, New Order, etc. Should be a fun time...
